Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AL Productions Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles information on the website alvinist.com and in Alvinist Uploader, our internal software tool.

2. Alvinist Uploader and YouTube API Services
Alvinist Uploader is an internal tool used only by AL Productions to upload videos to our own YouTube channel, “Alvinist / 艾爾文的生活紀錄”. It is not offered, sold or distributed to the public. Alvinist Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using Alvinist Uploader you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What information the tool accesses and how it is used
- With the channel owner’s permission (Google OAuth 2.0), the tool uploads our own video files to our channel and sets their title, description, English title and description, thumbnail and captions.
- It reads our own channel ID only to confirm that uploads go to the correct channel.
- It does not access, collect or store any information about other YouTube users or viewers, and it does not read comments, analytics or any other user data.
4. Storage and sharing
The OAuth authorization token is stored only on our own computer. Video files and metadata stay on our computer and are sent only to YouTube. The tool has no server, sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and does not share, sell or transfer any information to third parties. The only YouTube API data we keep is the video ID and status of our own uploads, recorded in a local log.
5. Retention, revocation and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, or on request, we delete the stored token and any stored YouTube API data within 7 days. To request deletion or ask a question, email [email protected].
6. Website visitors
alvinist.com may use cookies and analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand website traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell personal information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

三、存取的資訊與用途
- 經頻道擁有者透過 Google OAuth 2.0 授權後，上傳我們自己的影片，並設定標題、說明、英文標題與說明、封面及字幕。
- 讀取我們自己的頻道 ID，僅用來確認上傳到正確頻道。
- 不存取、收集或儲存任何其他 YouTube 使用者或觀眾的資訊，也不讀取留言、數據分析或其他使用者資料。
四、儲存與分享
OAuth 授權憑證只存放在我們自己的電腦上。影片檔與相關資料留在我們的電腦，只傳送給 YouTube。本工具沒有伺服器、不使用 Cookie、不顯示廣告，也不與任何第三方分享、出售或轉移資訊。我們保留的 YouTube API 資料，僅限自己上傳影片的影片 ID 與狀態，記錄在本機日誌中。
五、保存、撤銷與刪除
可隨時在 Google 安全性設定頁面 撤銷授權。撤銷授權或提出要求後，我們會在 7 天內刪除儲存的憑證與 YouTube API 資料。如需刪除資料或有任何問題，請來信 [email protected]。
六、網站訪客
alvinist.com 可能使用 Cookie 與 Google Analytics 等分析服務了解網站流量，你可以在瀏覽器設定中封鎖 Cookie。我們不出售個人資料。
