These Terms of Service apply to the website alvinist.com and to Alvinist Uploader, operated by AL Productions Co., Ltd., 1F., No. 9, Ln. 43, Bojue St., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City 221, Taiwan (R.O.C.).
1. Alvinist Uploader
Alvinist Uploader is an internal tool that uploads videos to the YouTube channel owned by AL Productions. It may be used only by authorized personnel of AL Productions and is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.
2. YouTube API Services
Alvinist Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using Alvinist Uploader, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Website content
Content on alvinist.com, including text, photos and videos, belongs to AL Productions unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission. The website is provided “as is”, without warranties, and AL Productions is not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.
